About Me
My journey has taken me from graphic design to UX/UI design. I have worked as an in-house designer for over a decade in the digital publishing and content marketing industries. This experience has influenced my communication and collaboration with teams of diverse disciplines.
Also, I spent time with Indigenous communities in Mexico and Central America. This experience humbled me, taught me to become more empathetic, and helped me become an advocate for users.
My passion for Ashtanga yoga practice has taught me discipline, which has given me the structure to follow processes well.
Reading has helped me become curious and learn more not only about design but, many other different fields. Currently reading: Gods of Jade and Shadow by Silvia Moreno-Garcia
